As Embedded Performance Coaches™ within your organization, we help your key leaders navigate the hardest part of scaling – focus, collaboration, and individual behavior change. We help your leaders adopt best practices to achieve your scale-up ambitions. We also know that scaling is a team sport, so along the way, we help your teams work better together, have more fun, and lower their stress.

Founded by Mary Miller, Ciconia is named after the teamwork exhibited by Storks, who will migrate over 20,000 km, sometimes as small pods of just a few birds, and up to fast-moving phalanxes of hundreds. One trait unique to this species is the side-to-side movement of their heads as they take off, enabling them to rapidly adjust their speed and heading so that all in the flock rise as efficiently as possible – and rise together. Alongside our clients, we explore what it takes to make high-potential teams go further, faster, and have more fun on the way.

Who we work with

We work with leaders of high-potential teams. Typically in startups, or within high-visibility divisions within existing entities.

High performance cultures are a team-sport. In addition to working directly with the team’s leader, we also work with all individual team members to ensure the leader, the team, and the entire organization can be most effective.
